Hi,
I have installed CM 5.2.1 at a customer location, installed the license file as well. When i start ASA & connect to the system, it asks me to enter a new pin & re-enter the pin. Once i enter the pin, the connection drops. I repeated the same process many times, but still the same. Any clues? |

Unless you are a business partner you do not use the pin when setting up a connection to your communication manager. For a customer login do the following.
enter the login name you created in CM and the password. Leave the pin field blank. Leave the SSH parameters as default. Click on test and if the login and password is correct the setup is done click on finish and you should be good to go. |
