Yes you can export the Directory entries in the IP Office using Manager to a .csv file:


CSV File Formats
The format is CSV using commas as field separator, no text delimiters and no header row. The simplest way to check the required format for a CSV file prior to import, is to export and a file from an existing system configuration.

Fields in Order
Directory
Name, Number.
Hunt Group
Name, Extension, Group, Hunt, Rotary, Longest Waiting, Queuing On, Voicemail On, Broadcast, Voicemail Email.
Short Code
Code, Telephone Number, Feature.
User
Name, Extension, User Restriction/Rights, Voicemail Email address, Full Name (Release 5.0+).
Configuration
Proprietary format. Note that this does not contain all configuration fields.
