Hello,
I am doing a migration from Nortel Contact Center 7.0 to AACC 6.4 in new server. In the CCMA restore procedure i could not restore the supervisor reports template, all the other CCMA components restore normaly. Anybody knows it or his reason?? thanks Anna. |

you have to backup the old ccma from the configuration console and than restore as upgrade into de new server an you should be able to pass everything to it, remmember the ADAM piece is the one that has all that information.
