Default VBK Files

Hello,
I'm looking for information regarding the Callpilot VBK file format. Is there a utility to convert VBK to WAV for Unix/Linux or Mac? It has vexed me thoroughly that these files cannot be played on MAC of Linux. Any information would be helpful.

This is an older post-so I do not know if you found your solution or not.

The Call Pilot software should do this for you automatically as there is a check box to convert from VBK to WAV
On our Call Pilot 5.0 box, this is found in the 'Mailbox Class Details' =>'Desktop and Web Messaging Configuration'
-There you can set it to always force conversion to WAV format.

We are using M$ Windows and Outlook which shows the VBK, but on my Smartphone and Outlook web, the attachment comes in as a WAV.

..Hope this helps.
-Jeff
