Default SIP UUI info to IP handset display.


I am trying to integrate a 3rd party IVR to a CM 6.3 via Session Manager 6.3, all call routing is working fine but the customer would like to display some additional data from the IVR on the IP handset display.

I can see the data being sent from the IVR in the UUI (x-user-to-user-info) header but I am not able to get this info to appear on the IP handset display.

Header example - x-user-to-user-info: SB_1234556_QRY

Is this possible?

Can you please check if Session manager is also receiving the UUI info.
Also check on SIP trunk on CM if the UUI Treatment is configured properly.
