Default Incompatible Call's

I'm the technical manager of a small business. we have the IP Office 500 recently we were unable to make external calls.
I checked the permissions and everything is normal.
When we try to make a call, the message "Incompatible call"
Can anyone have any idea how I can resolve this situation?
Thanks for listening

I am truly not that experienced, so I am waiting on a more knowledgeable member to help us.

Yet, more questions:
Has the system ever worked properly?
Or has it done this problem since the first time it was installed?

On the computer that you run Manager on, you will find backup files from the IP Office, with the .bak extension. The file name will be the name of the control unit along with the date the file was created. These will load into Manager as an offline configuration. Find one from just before the system stopped working and load into Manager, open another instance of Manager and load the live configuration. Do a stare and compare to see what changed, if anything. You can also push that offline configuration into the IP Office, and after a reboot, it will be running with the previous configuration (Save an offline copy of the current config so you can revert to the latest if no change is found).

If it is not a programming change that is blocking your calls, you would start looking at your trunking, be it analog, PRI, or SIP
