Default Avaya IX Workplace, unable to present from iOS device

Hi,

I got a technical issue ticket from a customer using Avaya Meeting Online asking how to share a presentation from his iOS iPad.
I thereafter toke my own iOS iPhone and tried to regenerate the issue he bounced into. But likewise with app 3.7.4.22.3 release the presentation icon is greyed out. I also became moderator, but that didn't change anything. Moreover I tried with my desktop application and it works flawless.
Moreover I looked at the settings on my portal, but presentation sharing is set t "Everyone"

Please advice,

Kind regards,

Ralf

Wasn't aware that presentation mode was supported from mobile clients?
