We are using CM 8.0 with agents working from home using Chromebooks and the Avaya Agent application version 2.0.5.6.3 64 bit. The trouble is that some of the Avaya Agent application is freezing or comes up with an error stating "not responding" for about 30 seconds. No other applications that the agent is using freezes. They were working fine for about a year and it started a month ago.
