Unhappy Avaya 9608 issue
I was 9608 installed,
change cannot perform change of a screen half and RingTone from 46xxsettings.txt. Avaya Menu is not made to Disable, either.

Please help someone!


My system
CM:5.2.1
Phone Firmware:H.323-6.0 SP4.1

There is a long list of information we need to collect to troubleshoot a 9608 phone issue, can you please open a trouble ticket with the Avaya service desk so that a dedicated engineer can work with you?
