Multiple Emails Received in a User's Outlook Inbox for the same Voicemail
Having an issue with an IP Office 6.1 installation, where the customer in the last few days is having multiple emails sent to their Outlook Inbox. I need to add to this the customer does have a backup resileint voicemail pro server. This problem started about 3 weeks after the system was installed. Any ideas how to resolve the issue?
Our distribution sources whom we've contacted for Tech Support has recommended:
First try to do a repair on the VM Pro software. From control panel Add and Remove Programs - IP Office VM Pro – select Change and run the repair.
If that does not resolve the issue we should try uninstalling the software and then reinstalling. Before doing this there should be a full backup of the system. Exporting the database and the modules as well as making a note of the SMTP settings that are used as these will need to be added back to the configuration.
