Default Downgrading R10 Using Upgrade Wizard

Can R10 be downloaded via the upgrade wizard in Manager or by any method other than recreating the SD card back to the original version i.e. 9.0/9.1? I'm looking for best practice that's most efficient. *Note this is assuming the original ADI licenses are still on the SD card or are easily retrieved. Thanks!

Disregard OP. I found a good process to do this.
