Default Avaya One-X 2.5

I have several user's getting the same error mesaage(Answer Call Failed or Add Call To WorkItem Failed) after loggng into Avaya One-X and trying to make first call of the day. No other problems call after that first error message. li trace sta doesn't show a denial event any thoughts?

There are some known problems with some of the older versions of one-x agent for the first call after login which were resolved in service packs and patches. I would suggest first to upgrade one-x agent to the latest version available on support site and if you continue to get errors after that you could escalate this to the Avaya backbone team as this could be a bug.
