Hi all,
We have a number of users making use of the One-X mobile for IPO app without issue. One user has just set everything up on his mobile, but says all his contacts are showing as Offline, when we are actually online. IMs get through, but when he tries to call he gets "Call user failed". Any ideas? |

What is the version of the One X Mobile and IP Office? We have the same issue with the 9.1 and Avaya doen´t resolve. We believe that the issue due to access secure by an provider of One X portal. |
