Default Application Server IP Office 11.1 server connection failed

We recently followed the upgrade steps for 11.1 version of application server running centos 7. We have it is running on a VM and when upgrading the system we can access the web manager and ssh but the system will not connect via voicemail pro client application.

I downloaded the new version of the application and it is still not working to connect.

Any ideas??

UPDATE:
Currently we have restored from backup and the system is functioning as expected but we have no way to log in and change functionality of our AA or other services. Voicemail client states server connection failed. (Still have web application connection and ssh connection)

The Voicemail Pro client is not allowed to connect by default anymore. You need to log into the system's web manager and select Applications | Voicemail Pro - System Preferences | General and enable Enable Voicemail Pro Client Interface.
