Question No audio with Equinox configured as Remote Worker

Hi, we recently upgraded to CM 7 and wanted to use the SBC Remote Worker configuration for some users to have their extensions on their Cellphones.
We've been able to register the extension, but there is no audio in the calls.

We did notice that the incoming audio IP is usually a private IP that matches the one on the cellphone, which doesn't make sense since the signaling incoming IP is the public IP address assigned to the cellphone.

Any ideas?

Default

Add your edge firewall IP as a NAT IP address on your SBC external interface.
