Default Numbering plan identification on Called party number, IPO 500

Hello.

I have IPO 500v2, 7.0(36) with E1 pri.
I need to set Numbering plan identification (in Called party number) to ISDN/telephony numbering plan (Recommendation E.164). How i can do it?

In Calling party number it's checkbox "Force Number Plan to ISDN"

Default International calls failing

Same basic question.
International Calls won't go through on my new IP500 V2 8.1 with PRI
My ISP says that the Numbering Plan (NP) is coming out as "unknown" but they need it to come out as ISDN Telephony E.164. Noone seems to know how to make that happen.

Any help appreciated.

My Avaya's Partner told me: "IPO don't known parameter, like "Numbering plan identification in Called party number"."

Mission impossible, thx.
