Default Elite CC with SIP 9611G firmware

Hi
I have MidsizeEnterprise 6.2
I see in SAT that version CC Elite 6.0

What version SIP firmare on 9611G i have to use with Elite?
I see compabilty matrix:
there is no any 6.0 version Elite in matrix..
then i try see 6.0.1 ver ....hmm there is no any 9600
Then i see CC Elite 6.2 .. i see 9600 with fw SIP 6.2

Ok what i have to do? is any way don't upgrade CC Elite to 6.2?

By the way, when i try download SIP 6.2 fw for 9611G i saw that:

What additinal approve i have to get ?

In a doc out of 2012 it was listed that you had to request approval of Avaya to use this software when used for SIP agents.

At this moment I am also playing with SIP6.2.2.17 and CM6.2 FP3 and SM6.3. So far no luck yet to get it fully functional
