Default mgc list on Main Office G450

Hi there we have a customer site with 2 locations.
Main site is a S8300D with G450.
Branch site is S8300D with G450.
Would like to know the best practice to configure mgc list of main site g450, should I include the lsp ip address in the list ?

Default mgc list on Main Office G450

it depends on what sort of recovery you would want to implement. I can think if 3 disasters:

1) the network between main site and LSP site goes down
in this case, having the LSP in the mgc list of the main won't help as network would be down and we will have 2 isolated systems.

2) the G450 in the main site goes down.
If the G450 is down, then the media modules including the S8300 is down. LSP again won't be able to control anything at that site,

3) the S8300/CM on the main site goes down
This is the only condition that the LSP would be able to control the media gateway at the main site. if that's what you would need, then you could include the LSP's IP in the mgc list of the main server. LSPs are menat to be more local which means they are meant to control the resources in that location only. If realibility is needed at the main site, then you could have a second G450 in the main site and insert an LSP there too.
