Hello Team,
Greetings! I have a request from a business partner I would appreciate if it could be investigated please. The request: "When a call is received and recorded in IPOCC/ Contact Recorder using the Salesforce CRM Plugin, can the URL to the recording in Contact Store be integrated against the call in the Salesforce plug in? The use would be: agents returning to a previous call to listen to it using the Salesforce Plug in." Please help with this query. Regards, Amruta. |

The ability to access the Contact Recorder recordings via the SFDC plugin is not currently possible. More of a feature request for future releases.
