this may sound trivial, but I can not find anywhere to do so.
Can a customer (admin) retrieve an email that an agent sent a week or a month ago? Same question for chat. Can a customer (admin) retrieve a web chat that an agent performed a day, a week or a month ago? If so, how? |

Completed E-Mails are shown in the folder Completed.
The E-mails can be in the in the Archive, if an archive job works. (see settings: E-Mail configuration - tab Archive(Delete) The archived E-mails are exported with the Exporter (see settings: Configuration- Service - E-mail settings) Chat requests are available in the tab Archive (privilege). (see also settings: Configuration - Service - Chat settings - tab Archive) |
