Default used IP500V2 what now ?
Hello,

A friend of me have a used IP500V2

how to download the software for this device ?

Any help wil be welcome

If i download version 8.0 (18) of the IP Office manager i get a non supported message

I i try to download version 9 i need to have another type of account ?

Default Equipment certification / IPOSS contract
The equipment will need to be certified either by Avaya or by an Authorized Platinum or Gold Partner; then purchase IPO software 8.1 or 9.0; then you need to purchase Manufacturer Maintenance through an Avaya Partner (IP Office Support Services - IPOSS) in order to access Avaya Intellectual Property. Contact Avaya direcetly or an authorized Avaya Business Partner for more information.
