What would cause the webRTC page to show a 404? Could it have been something missed during an install of R10?

What product do you have? You've posted in the Avaya Aura part of the forum but I don't think there's an R10 of Aura yet (correct me if I'm wrong). IP Office is at R10.
If it is an IP Office system, has the WebRTC gateway service been started and configured. It does run by default. What is the URL that you are trying to access? |

IP Office R10 and the App Server. My bad, I assumed this was the correct place when I saw One-X portal on the description.

That's okay.
There is a chapter on WebRTC gateway configuration in the IP Office Application Server manual: http://support.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101039348 |

Thanks Mark! I think this is what I've been looking for. The docs I've been going through aren't nearly as informative as the one you provided.

I don't see much coverage on what's needed for dns, ports, and IPs. Is there a doc out there that covers that side of the config?

Nevermind, I found it under the external client access section. Thanks again for the help Mark!
