Having an issue where a call going via session manager to an sbc on a coverage type call will not pass through the original cli, have changed qsig options in system coverage , also special applications sa8983 , any suggestions much appreciated.

Hi Richa,
What is the version of CM , SM & type of SBC you are using ? This would need detailed analysis & traces captured from the CM, SM & SBC end. I would recommend you to open a Service Request with Avaya to investigate this further. Regards, Anuj Tripathi |
