Default RTA integration

Hi ,can anyone share with me their experience working with RTA, we are trying to develop(.net) a web application that displays real time data from CMS, we usually use historical data (ODBC) but now we need to display real time data (latest 30 seconds) , from what I understand we need some sort of RTA and RTS interfaces (CLINT based maybe not sure) , do anyone knows if something is available from avaya or external provider that will allow us to build or own tool or consume a data provider that connects to avaya to read real data?

I appreciate anyone’s help on this in advance.

If you want to develop an application using one of Avaya's RTA interfaces you will have to purchase this from Avaya. Generally rta-geo (for Geotel or Cisco ICM) is used for this sort of purpose.
