Does anyone have experience getting the Outbound Dialer working within IPOCC? I assume the Voice Agent license includes Integrated Outbound Preview Dialing. We are working with IPO Server Edition.

We are running 9.0.3 and were finally told that if we were using softphone, the preview dialer was not going to work for us. We were told to upgrade to IPO 9.04 or better yet IPOCC 9.1
