We run multiple Outbound call campaigns & we regularly need to prevent certain customers within a campaign from being called after the campaign has been set running (for example if the customer calls us to request we do not call them back).
The problem I have is that there is no easy way to search for a particular customer within the "call details" of the Outbound tool, other than manually clicking each page of 50 records until the correct customer is identified - this can be a very lengthly process when there are 1000's of calls in a campaign. Seems like the clunky Outbound tool hasn't been updated since the Nortel days - it wouldn't be so bad if we could maximise the program to fill the whole screen rather then being restricted to a small Window. Anybody any thoughs? Ashley |

Workaournd:
DevConnect offers an Outbound WebService SDK. This can be used to look up ContactIDs based on e.g. phone numbers and close these contacts. https://www.devconnectprogram.com/si...ome/p_home.gsp Last edited by hergenmuelle; 10-02-2014 at 02:20 AM. |

Thanks for the info - unfortunately we don't have the expertise to go down that route.

You can attach to the CCMM database and see the campaigns, search, sort, etc. with Excel or Access.

True - but the only problem using the ODBC connector to access the data is that it cannot be modified / deleted, only viewed...
