Hi Everyone,
Anybody have this working? Utility Server Version: US-6.3.0.0.20-e51-01 I have the SIP and H323 firmware loaded on my utility server. H323 works fine but as soon as I convert the phone to SIP, the firmware starts looking for the files in an AVAYA_9640 directory rather than the root of the file server. Since Avaya has these severs locked down, I can't manually create the directory on the file server. It seems that the SIP firmware is not compatible with the Utility Server. I've tried multiple different versions of the SIP firmware and they all point the phone to this non-existent AVAYA_9640 directory. Any idea's on how to fix this other than not using the Avaya Utility Server? ![]() Thanks! |

Forgot to mention I've also tried adding SET HTTPDIR / to the settings file to force the phone to look in the root, but it seems like it gets ignored because the phone continues to look for an AVAYA_9640 directory. Last edited by zarbo; 02-03-2015 at 12:42 PM. Reason: Additional Info |
