I am all ready registered. The reason I put this here is no one either knows or is willing to say as the product is no longer supported. I thought some one else out there might know.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend posting your question in the "Messaging" forum or the Channel Partner CallPilot forum, depending on which forums you have access to.

Messaging: https://support.avaya.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=4

CallPilot: https://support.avaya.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=54

The web based support is very disappointing. The hoops one has to go through to have a single, simple question answered is ridiculous. I am sorry they have changed. What once took 5 minutes, now has taken over an hour, over the course of 2 days...and still no answer.

this site is very unhelpful. I AM logged in and when i click on create service request it says that only members/customers who are logged in can use the option. I AM LOGGED IN>. it says, "Welcome Melissa" doesn't that mean i am logged in>?>??? Now i will have to wait until tomorrow to get a service request in when the Rep calls me back since i had to use the phone and request a call back. unacceptable

Default Account is still Pending Approval

Your user id is still pending approval by your company administrator. Today, users in this status cannot use ticketing. We are looking at expanding this functionality, but I'll contact you directly about your account status.
