Post SoldTo administration messed up

Hello,

we have issue with SoldTo numbers. We didn't pay attention to it before but looks like our distributor mixed up all the numbers and registered those to who knows where. What is proper procedure to retreive those SoldTo numbers for customers and have this done properly?

If this is wrong forum, please let me know where to repost.
