Question Bandwidth Calculation for CMS

Hi, Can anyone help with a document or tool which can help in determining the bandwidth between the following:

  1. CLAN/PE and CMS
  2. Supervisor Users and CMS
  3. Main CMS and HA CMS for data syncing
While I understand that this depends on a lot of parameters, is there a thumb rule that can be followed.

Any help will be appreciated.

thanks.

Default

Hi Shweta,

There is no specific document mentioning details but we follow below guidelines:
For CLAN/CMS, the bandwidth should be 100 MBPS with autoneg on.
For supervisor user, it can run at 1000 MBPS but should have a dedicated NIC for supervisor users.
It can work at 100 MBPS but should be done at low production hour.

Default Over the WAN

Hi Guys, approximately 3 years too late however what if the ACD\Switch and CMS server are separated by a WAN? I too seek an answer to how much bandwidth CMS SPI session relies on, latency tolerance and so on.

Regards
