Question [Does IPO Voicemail Pro (8.1) consume MS 'CALs' when installed on Server 2008 R2??]

Hi Guys,

We have a scenario where we aim to migrate a customers Voicemail Pro from their current 'Win XP' PC to a dedicated 'Server 2008 R2 (Foundation Edition) Server.

The customer is under the impression that the Voicemail Pro consumes a Microsoft 'CAL' License, he requests confirmation before authorising the migration.

Is there any official Avaya doc, or bulletin which clarifies if Microsoft CALs are consumed by Voicemail Pro?

Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
