Hi all,
We have some random issue with the audio on incoming/outgoing calls on CM5.2, and we want to trace this calls from cdr. With this purpose we need that the user manually "tag" the call with this problem and after we can investigate on the cdr what have in common the calls with this issue. We appreciate your help. There is no way to track this using CDR records. For IP or SIP phones, you would want to use a monitoring application like Prognosis.

At the CDR select the field "cond-code" if returns 9 is an incoming call, if returns 7 is an outbound call.
