Exclamation IPOCC- IVR Abandon calls handling

Hi All,
can anyone know how to handle IVR script or Task flow that any call disconnect by caller should not treat as abandon call at any IVR stage, only calls in agent waiting queue treat as abandon calls.

once call come under agent waiting queue, is already treating as abandon, no issue, only above mentioned call disconnected by caller are treated as abandon call in IVR scripts, that wanted do not wanted.

even Automatic Agent IVR script is not handling it and treating as abandon call.
any suggestion ??.

IPOCC Rls 10.xx

Thanks.
Arshad
