AAM 6.3 Fax Forwarding to multiple emails addresses

We just upgraded to AAM 6.3 from MM. For fax forwarding it will only take one email address. If we try to do

user1@domain.com; user2@domain.com

and save it says to enter a valid email address. Seems strange that for notifications on voicemail it works, but not fax forwarding.

Just want to make sure this is by design.
