Default one-x communicator and roaming profile woes

We have a one-x communicator and roaming profiles issue.

We need to setup the one-x communicator softphone to work exclusively on a particular desktop and not to follow the users profile. Due to security reasons, the local admin account passwords constantly change every x number of hours preventing us from setting the software to "run as" the local admin and we are unable to use a generic user account for all users.

Currently every time someone logs on to the computers to access the phones, they get the set up instruction prompts.

Is there a file that can be configured to lock the settings of the program regardless of which user logs in, so they each see the same phone extension and do not have to re-configure the program?

Default

place the config.xml file that you are using in profiles to the install path of the application. IE C:\program files etc. This will over rule the profile settings and keep them consistent for the PC
