Hi Guys,
Got an odd one here. The softphone directory tab is not updating. Not just after an hour, this has been months. Can't find any documentation on how to force it, or even where the local file is that I can just delete and get it to pull a fresh directory. Anyone know how to get around this? Thanks, |

What softphone? which telephone system? what releases of software? etc, etc, etc?

Hi there!
I reported this same problem two years ago. Avaya support says that it's nomal the delay for updating directory. :´( |
