Default Agent Status Realtime report - Split Skill column empty

In the Agent Status Realtime report, the Split Skill column is always empty. In the documentation, the screenshot also shows it as empty.

- Is this a bug or is there a reason for it?
- Is the field ever populated eg on a non-EAS ACD?

I tested the same thing in my lab and could see that the split skill is shown blank even for me. It is applicable even for the wallboard. I suspect it could be an issue with the product. I would suggest opening a ticket with backbone for further troubleshooting.
