Default Upgrade release 1.3.5 affect 1603 SW-I

Help
We recently updated Avaya 1603SW-I from version 1.3.0 to 1.3.5 (version 1.3, maintanance release 5). Some phones present following message: "Repair of file system wait a few minutes" I have 180 phones. we've updated some 20. six phones are presenting this message. i'm using http server to apply update.






I appreciate the recommendations.

Default Upgrade release 1.3.5 affect 1603 SW-I

Try to downgrade the effected phones, if not these may need to be replaced.
