Default CS1K 7.65SW/after upgrade to 7.6 end to end signaling on a non-analog set gets distor

after upgrade to 7.6 end to end signaling on a non-analog set gets distorted dtmf tones.
this can be easily replicate in lab, just have CS1000M MG system, have 2 M2616 set programmed on same card, check with conference loop enabled and EEST=YES and DTMF=YES under FTR_DATA.


Since upgrade to 7.6, inter and intra network group calls between Digital sets and outgoing from digital sets to PSTN have distorted DTMF when used. Workaround is setting EEST YES DTMF NO in FTR_DATA. Failure is accompanied by about 6 tfs423 and ERR5055.


MPLR32758 is fix for issue.
