Default ANI and Orig fields using SIP trunks to IC

Hello, we are trying to make a call from PBX 1 to PBX 2 using SIP trunks. When the call arrives at PBX 2, we perform an Adjunct to Interaction Center, and run a workflow. Using the SIP trunks we are not getting the orig and ANI fields in the TS.IncomingCall event. If we revert back to IP trunks, we do get the station number in the orig and ANI. We are utilizing the pub unknown table to populate the ANI and orig fields. Anybody have any thoughts?

Default SIP Query

Hi,

I had a look at your query and i would suggest you should open up a ticket with the support team as your query needs troubleshooting wherein we will need to check the configuration, integration etc....

I would suggest that you either create an online Service Request at http://support.avaya.com/ >> "Create Service Request", or call into the support center to ask this technical question. The toll free number is +1 800 242 2121.

Thank You,

Avaya Backbone team
