Default Changing Date/Time on AVAYA Midsize

Hi everyone. I need to change the date and time (TimeZONE) on AVAYA Midsize system. Do I need to do this on each component separately or just on system platform?

Is there a Step by step instructions on how to do that? We have desk phone series 1400; our time is 10 mins back from the original time.
