Hi,
recently I changed the dial plan of an IP Office to 4 digits. From extension 2xx to 92xx. We have an 4610, 4620 and 5610 IP Phones. After login, 5610 updated his screen without problem and is now working. 4610 and 4620 stopped working. They just show a blank screen after login. I rebooted IP Office, re-flashed IP Phones, reset parameters with MUTE+RESET+#, but still the same problem. This is really annoying... any help please!? Thanks |

well....... I solved the hard way (the Avaya way).... Erased extension and user, created a new one and it worked.....

That is the normal way (not the hard way)
You are blaming Avaya for not knowing the product!
