Default EMC WebChat, value for CustomerID always blank.
Hi,

After WebChatAsp initiated and desktop client already received it. I have a rule collect the parameter CustomerID but this parameter always blank. Is there anyway that this parameter to be fill in.

Another, I would like email and webchat to have screen pop, any suggestion how to do it.
