Hi
Can you capture: 1) a "list trace tac" for the trunk group, on the Avaya Communication Manager and paste the output to see if you have difficulties there? 2) can you also capture a wireshark trace and check the SIP messages to see if there are difficulties there. 3) check the authenticative domain on your signaling group / ip-nework region to make sure those are set properly Arbi |

Hi,sreejesh
Can you provide the more detail: 1. What is the dialing plan you used, for example from CS1K calling CM ,what is the calling number and called number. 2.Can you provide the network diagram for each component with IP address 3.In CM config for direct SIP config,Singaling Group to poin to CS1K, you put the CS1K NRS or Node IP? 4.Please provide CS1K version and patch list 5.The CS1K call CM will use SIP Trunk via NRS, so in NRS , CM should be configured as a static SIP endpoint with correct routing entry (depend on your dialing plan, I suggested CDP ,that is private-local is used between CS1K and CM) Regards, Jacky Fan |
