Default How to run TS Spy on the CCE server to capture the ASAI events to the XML server.

Does any one know how to run TS Spy on the CCE server to capture all the ASAI events from the AES to the XML server.

  • The TS SPY can be executed on the server which host the XML server and the IDS V & P server.
  • In order to enable this you might need to physically login to the CCE server, using RDC will not help in enabling the TS SPY.
  • Open the TS SPY application from the start-> Programs -> Avaya AE services.
  • Enable the TS SPY and route to a file.
  • Post which XML service has to be restarted for the traces to be captured.

RDP works, you need to login in admin mode.
