Hello!
I have 11 agent licenses of type "Inbound Voice User" but can not log in, but I can only login 3 agents if I have up to 11. The only temporary solution is to restart the IPOCC, but I would like to know if there is a definitive solution. After a few days, the problem appears again. Is there a solution for this?
