Default Unknown Extension

Hi,

I have an IP office 500, we implemented call accounting software.

From the report we are receiving Ext: 1100 / (Unknown).

there is no extension 1100 in ip office.

please advise.

What call accounting software? If you dial 1100 from one of the phones does it go anywhere? Like a hunt group or perhaps just a short code?

metropolis Call Accounting Software
No extension, No Hunt group and no Short Code with this number.
We cannot dial this number.

I'd contact the support group for that call accounting software, I've had similar issues with VeraSMART eCAS where these numbers that don't exist will show up as extensions when it's really the software interpreting either the caller ID or the incoming number as an extension. They should be able to look through the CDR data and find out exactly where 1100 is coming from.
