Hi All,
I have a problem with Avaya Voice Portal 5.0 Web login .... after some time of not using it, not logging into the AVP Web, I need to change some settings but my Web login is not working. When I enter my Web login/password, AVP returns that the login and password is not correct: Sorry, that Username and Password did not work. Please try again. But I am definately sure my Web login is correct: The strange thing is that I am able to change the password on the: https://VPMS/VoicePortal/pages/changepwd.jsf page and it's changed without any problems but when I attempt to log on - I still get the "Sorry, that Username ...." It seems that the web access is locked. I have full console access. Is there any way to unlock the web login password? Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Mat |

Hi Matt,
I suggest you to open a Support tkt for this issue, Services team uses the Avaya Account to login to webpage and reset/unlock your password for the VP webadmin. |
