Default incoming call hearing issue

we are having an call hearing issue on Avaya IP500 (8.0).

when the user receive incoming call from external, 20% of the time the users phone mike is not working, users voice is not reaching end user ! (user hears Eco of own voice on speaker)

Troubleshooting done -
* Tried Changing the phone & Headset - No change
* Changed Default incoming call user and checked - No change

Could any one please help me on this.

IPOCC does not support IPOffice 500.
