Default Huntgroup configuration help

Thanks in advance,

We have huntgroup xx configuration with acd, queue and vector to y, we defined the group type ucd-mia and 15 members(extension) in the hunt group.

We have the number mapped to vdn -> vector -> split(huntgroup xx). Now when the users calls in to number , it's not following the ucd mia type.

The extension we created in the hunt group has the login and logout button configured.

Any suggestion?

What are you seeing that leads you to believe that it isn't following the most idle agent algorithm?
